The old furnace had intermittent failures that were getting worse and worse. It was time to replace it. Tempasure explained our options and in a day or two the new Furnace was delivered. The installation began early in the morning. I was really impressed with the quality of work and attention to details. Needless to say that the old equipment was taken away and the site was cleaned up. Really great work, thank you guys! So far everything is working great...

We had a drain problem which rendered our kitchen sink completely unusable. A plunger was not very helpful so it was about time to invite an expert. Amongst several companies with excellent ratings on HomeStars I chose DrainCom. It was late but I left a message. My call was returned promptly and we set up an appointment. Borys arrived right on time. A short investigation confirmed the suspicion that the blockage is underneath the basement floor. The question was how bad it is... Using camera he found out that at least there is no solid blockage. It was the time for a drain cleaning machine... The kitchen sink is back to normal now, thanks to DrainCom. On the first hot day of the season we figured out that our 30+ year old AC is not working anymore. We called Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services number found on homestars.com and we very happy we did so. Shawn visited us to explain everything and to make sure that there is not going to be any surprises during the installation. The next day the Installation began ... The job the guys have done was fantastic. You can tell rigth away that they have many years of experience in the field. Everything was done very thorough and they always were happy to answer all of my questions. Thank you very much !

A broken washer followed by a quick search on HomeStars.com - and a call to the Appliance Guy was made. He responded pronmtly and was at my place the next morning. He found the broken part and told me there is no need to replace the whole thing to save money. With some additional work only part of it needs to be replaced. This plan worked out perfectly and the washer is now working as good as before. Thank you Joe for the great job !

It was a lot of work in this condo ... especially in the kitchen and bathroom. When the work was done I could not be more pleased with the result. It is a very professional high quality cleaning service. Highly recommended.

I have to admit I did not write this review right away after the job has been done. I waited until the first significant rain ... We've got it today. The new gutters are working very well. Communication with the company was simple and reliable. The inspection and the estimate were conducted in less than a week after my first call. The job itself was done in one day, eavestroughs were replaced at two levels. Tests were also conducted to ensure everything is working as it's supposed to. I am very satisfied with the work.
