Second time using Iberia Lanscape and once again we are very impressed with this company. Their workmanship is excellent and we will not use any other company for any of our landscaping needs. Chris came to give us estimate on most cost effective way to redo our deck. Ended up suggesting keeping old framing and just replace all the floor boards with new synthetic decking. Estimate was very reasonable and to be honest we didnt even get another quote.

Very punctual and work was excellent and done in a timely manner. Will definately use again.

We bought our furnace and air conditioner from Enercare three years ago. Recently we were hearing loud noise from furnace. We could not get service appointment till 4 days later and tech diagnosed issue with motor. Furnace was still working prior to he arrival but stopped firing on e she left. However we were told part would arrive same day or next day but we will get a call to confirm that night. No call. So I called next day was told part should arrive by 5pm and then we can set up service. No part no call. Again I called in and was told it may still come that night but regardless will get call from Parts department if any issue. NO Call. Next day I called again and this time the person told me part supposed to arrive in a week. Biggest issue is they knew this from beginning why not tell the truth so we could get space heaters. So we have been without heat for 3 days and looking at least another week. After spending 20k I would have hoped for better service and honesty. Now waiting on call for heaters what are odds they even call. If could do it again would buy my stuff elsewhere as I doubt others would take 2 weeks to fix issue.

I had not flushed or cleaned our Tankless Water heater in years and recently we have had sulphur smell after shower. I was little hesitant and Cincent did not have many reviews but he seems very nice and was very accommodating. Posted request on Saturday and he was the first to respond and fit us in for Sunday morning as I did want to miss the football and soccer game at 3pm. As very please with fact himself and all his staff are triple vaxxed and wore mask at all times. Vincent was nice and efficient and even sent our water samples off for testing without us even asking him. I will definitely use them again if have plumbing needs.

We have been looking at replacing our retaining walls that border our driveway for a few years now. Tired or replacing and fixing rotted wood every year and they were in need of being changed. I have seen a couple of projects Iberia has done for friends and others and have heard nothing but great things. Believe the hype. Chris was a pleasure to deal with and the crew were amazing. Showed up every morning at 7am and worked nonstop till 5pm. We gave them carte blanche to do whatever they thought would work and look best when redesigning the front walkway. We took out all the old wood and stone and were not happy with way it was laid out before but we love how it has turned out. I would recommend this company to anyone that has landscaping needs and will use them again if we have anything ever to be done.

Obviously biggest snow storm in 50yrs so something had to go wrong. Lost our hot water today. I called couple shops close to home but they could not send anyone till next week. Went through the Homestars search and got a response from City Home Comfort within 30min of request. They got to the house within 2hrs and promptly fixed the issue. Recommended annual maintenance so problem does not occur again. We are very thankful and will use them again for any needs.
