My senior mother (89 years old) got locked out of her condo and FC Locksmiths was called. My mother's door had a deadbolt and a lever-style handset (no lock). It was clear to me that the deadbolt was working, regardless the technician who arrived (I can't read his writing, looks like "Sasi") drilled out the deadbolt first, only to find that the lever style handset was the problem, so that had to be drilled out also, adding to the cost. These things happen. I wasn't happy with the handset they installed because it wasn't the same type my mom had, I notified the company and they have agreed to replace it with the type we had. My senior mother would never have been able to speak up on her behalf and would have continued to have challenges in opening her front door. Thank you FC & Diane.

This company and Kevin came recommended to me from a business I have been working with for years. I hired KJD / Kevin to help me with weekly lawn maintenance (cut, edge, blow off the clippings). He had only cut for me three weeks, and in the second week and third week they didn't follow the work we had agreed to in the contract. Furthermore, he has expected me to pay full price even though they didn't even meet the contract obligations. I had left two voice messages since May 12, 2021 for him and no call back to date. If you expect the least bit of quality, avoid this company.

I contacted E-Safe to help deal with wildlife on my property. From the beginning they were so responsive. I called on a Thursday and they were prepared to make a visit on a Saturday. This wasn't a rush job, I don't believe people should be working on a weekend unless it's an emergency, so I took their first available appointment the following week. The technician arrived in the quoted time period. Hasnain was terrific in explaining things he observed and offered areas of improvement to help me proactively manage wildlife on my property in the future. I had parked on the street to allow the technician the ability to park in my driveway, and I ended up getting a parking ticket. I had asked Qudrat the owner to send me an email to indicate the window of time that the service call took place so that I could dispute the ticket (basically asked for proof). Qudrat paid my parking ticket saying, "as you were doing a good deed by facilitating someone". How incredibly kind! He didn't have to do this at all. It's a perfect example of the type of thing a caring company would do for a customer. Qudrat is the owner and I would say that this is a five star company and I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Qudrat!

Alex came recommended to me from a friend when I asked for a good, independent licensed plumber. I needed to have a pullout hose in a kitchen faucet replaced and I needed to have the water supply valves / drain hose for a washing machine replaced. He had very good turnaround time, was on time, fixed all these things and gave me a very fair price. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to family and friends. I love my laundry room now!

I made a decision to have a deck installed in 2019. I'm so done working with fly by night contractors and cowboy contractors who claim to be a jack of all trades and can do "anything for cheaper". I wanted a deck and I was going to work with deck experts - who do nothing but put up decks. I fortunately found Hickory Dickory Decks Mississauga Southwest and Rob. I had never added a deck onto a home and I am not living in my dream home so this process led to a lot of indecisiveness on my part - Rob patiently worked with me providing me options. I was my own project manager for this job, but Rob was fantastic in supporting me to be sure I took care of all the "things to do". I worked with a licensed interior decorator to finalize the deck and trim colours. The gorgeous colour of the deck just "pops" against the red brick of the home. I used a fantastic mason who installed a walkout and I had new sliding glass doors installed. I had electrical hookup and natural gas hookup for the barbecue (I only worked with licensed contractors). I've got a gorgeous dream deck all because I worked with decking experts at Hickory Dickory Decks Mississauga SW, but most importantly worked with Rob and Mitch. They have helped me to transform my backyard into an oasis and a home office for the spring and summer. You can see the meticulous craftsmanship in their work. I would only work with this team if I were to do another deck and I highly recommend Rob and Mitch. Thanks guys! Please come by in the summer with a coffee for me for my deck YETI!
