Dave and Joel from Three Little Pigs replaced 5 window sills and tuck pointed areas of my home today. They were very pleasant to deal with, cleaned up the area thoroughly. I was very pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend Dave and Joel from Three Little Pigs for any masonary work.

After having difficulties with Direct Energy one month ago, I was really pleased with the service I received at 5 a.m. yesterday morning. We had no heat and we had a service technician here by 2 p.m. The technician, Kamal, was very pleasant and took the time to thoroughly check the furnace this was the exact same problem we had 1 month ago. Kamal couldn't believe how much I had paid for the part and wondered if the company really did replace it? Unfortunately, the part that needed replacing is a part I paid $800.00 for 1 month ago when Direct Energy could not get out here for 2 days and it was the same part that was replaced yesterday. I do need a copy of the diagnostic report from yesterday's call which will allow me to prove to the other company (Maple Air) that the part was defective. Can someone help me with that request? Further update, Maple Air will not return my $800.00 and I basically paid for a part that lasted 1 month.

We recently had new livingroom windows and patio doors installed in our home. The representative from Consumer Choice - Rob LaRosee was more than just a salesperson, he was an interior designer too! He came into our home and gave us ideas on what type of windows would look good in our home, he took the time to explain the products, especially for the livingroom windows. Our patio doors are beautiful, we wanted the ones with built in blinds and Rob assured us with the new doors we would definitely save on our heating bill this winter. We had other window installers come in but unless we specified what we wanted, there were no ideas forthcomming. From the time we placed our order right up to the day the installation occured, we were very pleased with the service. The installers, Neil and Alex were very polite and took their time removing our old windows and patio doors and carefully cleaned the area up after the installation. We will definitely use Consumer Choice again and would highly recommend them to our friends and family.
