FABULOUS experience. I couldn’t ask for better service. The students were extremely courteous and nothing was too big or small for them to handle. They’re quick and willing to help relocate other heavy items in the home to make room for the incoming furniture. I’m using them again next week for the 3rd part of the move. My mom had asked for a quote on how much to get her living room and dining room carpets cleaned. So when the guy (Ben) came to check them out, he saw that I was in a wheelchair and started telling me how much that touched him. After the appointment was finished, he's like, "hold on a second.." and he comes back into the house, rolls out under-padding and places this absolutely beautiful, hand-made carpet on it. He looks at me and he says "I'd like you to have this." Ben’s quote to do the job was competitive, and a week later he brought back both the area rugs and laid them out - looking absolutely new & fabulous! The experience of meeting this wonderful professional has touched both myself and my daughter, and the memory will last a lifetime.
