We love our new windows! We recently needed to have our windows replaced and had specific wants and needs. Magic Windows came highly recommended by our neighbour who had their windows replaced last summer. From our first phone call, we were impressed. We received a very quick appointment and our sales representative (Derek) came very well prepared with samples and knowledgeable information about all windows. He listened to our needs and explained that he was confident they could meet our specific needs. We required 5 windows in total including 2 full 49x76 split crankless windows with retractable bug screens and sun screens. The other 3 windows were in the 40x50 range including a frosted bathroom window and 2 sliders. Again all included retractable bug and sun screens. It was apparent from the initial on site presentation that these windows were practically designed, engineered and manufactured. We had difficulty finding any other company with these type of windows. They are one of a kind technology and well worth it. The installers were skilled and mindful of keeping their work area clean. We are very happy and satisfied with the install. We would not hesitate to recommend Magic Windows to friends and family in the future. As well, Customer Service is excellent. We love this company and can’t say enough about them. We have recommended them to many friends. We originally had them replace our back windows and sliding doors. They did an impeccable job! The workman have always been very skilled and mindful of keeping their work area clean. They are also very reasonably priced! We have now had them install a new front door and screen door.
