Brian and his team came in on an off hours time in order to ensure there would be no interruptions to my customer service. They showed up as scheduled with all the necessary tools to complete the job. They cleaned up after they were done and billed me exactly what we discussed up front for the job. Their work was top quality and efficient. They are someone I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had Joe from Button's Heating arrange our annual preventative maintenance and cleaning of our furnace and tankless hot water system. Their technician showed up on time and was very courteous. I contacted Button's Heating as my hot water would continually shut down and water would stop flowing. I set up an appointment to have one of their technicians come out and have a look. They showed up on time a were very polite and courteous. After a short period of time they assessed the problem as just a clogged filter and did a thorough cleaning of the system. They were very honest about the issue and only charged for the cleaning. There was certainly the potential for another company to have called it something different and charged much more. I was extremely happy with their service and I would recommend them to anyone.
