Red Robin Masonry delivered excellence in all areas from the estimator Eric, to the office receptionist Anna, to the two masons Sandro Sr. and Sandro Jr. Great price compared to 3 other higher quotes I received. The work was done on time as scheduled. I was very lucky and fortunate to have the work done by November 2nd. Mother Nature was definitely on our side. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Eric gave me good suggestions and feedback to all of my questions. Anna was the most friendliest, well organized, efficient office receptionist I have ever encountered. Her excellent customer service shows that. I left the best for last. This is where the magic starts, with the father and son duo masons Sandro Sr. and Sandro Jr. They took care and respected my property. Did a great job in cleaning up when done. They went above and beyond what was required. They both are dedicated hard workers, and very humble to their work. I am very pleased with their excellent workmanship. Have the maintenance plan on our furnace, so this was at no charge. The service technician Andy did the checkup. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He was also patient in listening and understanding my questions. He gave me good feedback. Andy finished the job within the specified time given, did a great job and was not rushed considering it was mid afternoon and I had to pick up my son from school soon.

Tom from Teso Electric was recommended to me by our Attic Insulation Installers. Tom was very quick and easy to get a hold of by phone and text. He is friendly, patient, and answered all of my questions. We went over in detail as to what work had to be done and he gave me a price, so there was no surprises. Tom arrived as scheduled. Worked diligently and cleaned up very well like he was not there. Got to test the newly installed fan a few days later. New fan works great, no condensation build up on the windows unlike the original homebuilders fan. Very satisfied with Tom’s workmanship.

The new attic insulation makes a big difference in warmth in all rooms equally. The whole crew at EcoComfort Insulation & Contracting Inc. were all very professional and friendly. Received a free estimate from Tom and Arnold. They arrived on time, was patient and answered all of my questions. The installers, Greg, Brad and another gentleman, arrived as scheduled. They were very respectful and laid down cloth along the flooring and railings where they were working. They too were friendly and answered any questions that I had. They worked stop, showed me photos of before and after, and did a fantastic job cleaning up when done. Office admin was very prompt with emails from quote, booking date, invoicing, receipt of payment, etc. We are very 100%+++ satisfied. Definitely recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.
