Marcelo used a colour swatch to ensure that the new downspout was the same colour as the old one. Marcelo returned a few hours later with the new downspout and installed it. It took no more than 4 hours from my first phone call with Marcelo to the moment the downspout was fully replaced. Marcelo was professional, courteous, and customer-focused. I would hire MCBM Roofing again in the future.
