My garage floor drain was clogged and the recent storms with heavy rainfall had caused the drain to back up and flood the garage floor. I called Express Rooter and they said they could have a technician over within 2 hours. Wow! I was thrilled they could schedule someone so quickly. The technician actually arrived within 30 minutes. Wow again! They assessed the issue and gave me a quote. They were very polite and gave me tips on how to keep the drain clean. They snaked out the clog, cleaned everything up and put my tools and containers back in their proper place without me asking. I was pleased and will call Express Rooter again for any future plumbing issues.

Frank and his team installed an interlock walkway and patio, built a new wood fence and replaced a patch of lawn in my backyard. I'm very happy with how it turned out. He had quite a long "waiting list" and the project was delayed a couple times. Once Frank's team started the job, they worked quickly and didn't stop until the project was completed.

In January, I noticed that the basement walls had mould and water was collecting in the South East corner of the basement floor. When the drywall was removed, the insualtion and framing were dry. It was then determined that I might not have a crack or leak in the foundation, but that water was seeping up through my basement floor. Mario explained why I had the problem and how to fix it. He answered all my questions and was easy to get a hold of when I had more questions. We decided to lay weeping tile along the inside of the foundation walls. Other waterproofing companies I contacted suggested replacing the outside weeping tiles. Mario explained that if the water was trapped under the house, which it seemingly was, an outside trench would not provide a path for the water to escape. No sooner did they start to dig the inside trench, than the trapped water under the house found it's new path and was guided away. My contractor suggested we not continue with the renovation until we were sure the waterproofing had fixed my issue. Last week, after the big rain storm, my basement was still dry! Thank-you Mario and your crew! Once the job was scheduled, Mario and his crew were on time and worked until the job was complete.
