Found them on homestars + the rinnai website as a pro contractor and called for a quote. Marnie came for the quote, explained our options and offered various dates for installation. We had to change the date and Marnie adjust the date without any issues. On the installation date, 2 installers came by and finished the work in about 5 hours and cleaned up after themselves. Its been a few months and the machine works great and we will gladly use them for work in the future based on this experience. Thank you!

We had 11 blinds installed in the house, half of which were motorized and on large windows. We had another quote which was 15% cheaper but went with Nikhil / Artivo because of their attention to detail and level of professionalism. This isn't just a standard 'attention to detail' comment. Nikhil is really a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. He spent considerable time on even slight imperfections to make sure the final product looked and worked great.
