My husband and I decided to replaced all windows and a front door in our house. We've got multiple quotes and the quote from "Windowtech" was the best. Oleg who gave us a quote was extremely pleasant to deal with. He was professional and we didn't feel pressured or rushed throughout consultation. He also went through various options and answered all our questions or concerns. The windows and the front door were installed on time. Installers were extremely skilled and polite. We were very pleased with the quality of work and workmanship provided by "Windowtech" and we would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great quality and superb customer service!

Natalia was very professional and friendly from the first time we meet. She offered few options and helped us choose the right design for our windows. Installation was done on time. What I really liked about Natalia is that she called me few times after the project was done just to make sure that everything is ok and we are satisfied. Overall, great customer service, decent price and beautiful window coverings!

If I could give "The Gardener" Thornhill West less than 0, I would! From the beginning this location wasn't professional and I failed to see it! Last year I asked for a quote few times and they ignored it. When spring arrived, they provided me with decent quote and we hired them. Lawn maintenance didn't go well. They did show up every week, but instead of trimming, turning flower beds, removing weeds , they just cut grass. I called few times to the office, the receptionist promised to look into it and nothing changed. The last straw was organic program. "The Gardener" fully charged me in May, showed up 2 or 3 times instead of 8. I emailed the office, the owner himself promised to check what happened.It has been over 3 weeks and guess what? He didn't call back! The reason why I was so patient is because in our previous house, we used "The Gardener" Woodbridge services for almost 5 years and this crew was great! Our garden was taken care of. I don't think that all "The Gardener" locations are unprofessional. There are bad apples and it seems that there is inconsistency in how services are delivered. I was unable to find head office info. So in my case the only thing I could do would probably file a complaint through Ministry of Consumer Services.

‘’Marble Treasure’’ did a fantastic job installing our granite countertop at the bar. It took us about a month to decide on the type of granite we wanted to be installed. Throughout the entire process, Violetta went above and beyond with customer service. She was pleasant to deal with and responded quickly to our inquiries. When were ready to place an order, we were surprised to learn how fast installation date was scheduled. On the scheduled day, Oleg and his crew arrived on time. After installation was done, the work site was left spotless. Oleg did an incredible job and his craftsmanship was impeccable. We love our new countertop and get compliments all the time. I would recommend “Marble Treasure” in a heartbeat! Thank you, Oleg and Violetta.
