Carlo missed three appointment times with us. When he finally showed up, he was not prepared. He gave us a ballpark quote, upon which we ordered a pool, and then told us it would cost us 100% more than his quote. He refused to be accountable or apologize and was combative when confronted. I strongly recommend finding a different contractor.
Great service. Dodds sent out a serviceman on the same day and our garage door was fixed within hours. Scott was very knowledgable and he took the time to explain our options and give us honest advice. We really appreciated the great service.

I highly recommend Superior Closets. Joseph did a great job discerning out needs and designing closets that met them. He was very thorough and patient and answered all my questions. I also found the installers to be very professional, polite, and tidy; and they were even on time! They did an excellent job installing the closets and did a great job protecting the floors and cleaning up after themselves. Without question, Superior Closets exceeded my expectations.
Installing Timers on Light Switches
Mike did a great job of installing our timers. He was professional, reliable, and tidy. Moreover, he took the time necessary to do the job properly and explain everything to us along the way (including the warranty and what to do if we had any trouble in the future). He clearly took pride in a job well done and left us very happy customers. We will be asking for Mike for our future electrical needs.
