The springs on the door of my dishwasher no longer supported the door and it just fell to the lower position when opened. Peter came by, fixed it promptly. While their, I pointed out the right door of my side to side fridge sat a little lower than the left door. Peter went down to his truck and got a part, installed it and all was well. Both the dishwasher and the fridge looked and worked as new. The service was quick and Peter cleaned up after himself. And all done with a smile.

Vlad and his colleague paid attention to detail. I had three flat panel tvs to install. There were wireless remote rear speakers for one and a zone 2 set of speakers as well. Another install had the tv in a sitting area but the cable box and media centre were in a closet. Vlad installed the necessary repeaters to make all of the remotes work flawlessly. Vlad worked with my contractor to ensure the everything was mounted in exactly the right place. He programed harmony remotes for each entertainment system and went the extra mile to get a really good wall mounted volume control. The installation was done over two days with two short follow up visits. Vlad is very professional, easy to deal with and pays attention to the details.
