We required roller shades for two rooms with large window footprints. After receiving several outrageous quotes from other vendors we contacted Michael from WBD. Dealing with Michael was simple and to the point. He sold us what we needed and discouraged any unnecessary spending. The quality of the roller shades are excellent and significantly less expensive than other vendors with an inferior product. The install team was as good as could be expected and were highly efficient.

We have used Solutions Electrical on several occasions and are always pleased with their work. Frank is a straight shooter who will sell you what you need and make sure the work is done right. The crews he send out are all pleasant and professional, even if they are sometimes on their mobile while working.

***Final Review*** We were very impressed by Rent-a-Son and their willingness to live up to the 110% customer satisfaction guarantee. As you will see from our previous reviews we had a billing situation that resulted from poor communication. Our move consultant, Michael, worked hard to resolve the situation to our satisfaction. The crew was professional, polite and brought extra materials should they need them. The only reason Rent-a-Son was not a 10 was due to the slight communication hiccup. We will definitely consider using them again for our next move.
