We hired Alex in March of this year. He viewed the job a week before starting and knew what it entailed. He did not finish it. I've called him numerous times to come and finish and always get the same story why he can't come. Too busy. Would not hire or recommend him again.

Walked in and asked the person to send someone out to quote me on repairing my sofa. They took down my name and number and said someone will get back to me shortly. Waited a week. Nothing. Called and left a detailed message. Waited 3 days and no response. Called again and left another message. Two days and another no response. Business must be too good not to return my calls. (btw, spent two grand reupholstering a sofa with them about 10 years ago)

These people are horrible. Customer service is not their forte. They are not up front with their cost structure. I knew what my problem was with my fridge and told them. When they arrived, they agreed with me. They emailed me a quote to repair the problem and were waiting for a response from me. When I sent them a message, got no response. Called them and person on phone treated me poorly. Immediately after hanging up, I googled my part number and ordered it from the US. Will be here within 1 week at half the cost of these guys. I'll install myself for free. Do not use these people. I wasted $119, do not do the same. ($6.75 gas charge when I live 1km from their office) Please.
