We called Paul regarding the installation of a faucet and to check a toilet on a potential leaking issue. Paul was very prompt and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. He discovered that the toilet was defective and recommended we take it back to the point of purchase. We did, which they exchanged. Thanks Paul for the great service and will certainly use you again
This is the 2nd time we have used Mike. This time he removed our piano. His does excellent work, is flexible and very competitive. Highly recommended and will certainly use him again!

Superior Home Improvements replaced our Master Bedroom window and all our bathroom windows. This is the 4th time we have used their service and once again, their service was excellent. We had the Weedman Service for several years and were disappointed with them. When they came out they always tried to up sell us on another service..ie aeration but would never comment or take action on the amount of weeds we had..even when we pointed it out. We finally gave up and went to a competitor who we are very satisfied with, Yes they continue to call trying to get our service back. I have explained several times that I gave them every opportunity to redeem themselves when we were using them and have no intention ever using their service again.
I am sorry that we have lost your business. The only time we call about adding a service is when it is recommened by a manager who would of looked at your lawn. Weed Man is the only company that offeres unlimited reapplications of all of our services at no charge and I am surprised and also dissappointed that the results were not satisfactory. I do not have any information to look up your account details but if there is anything I can do please do not hesitate to contact me.

Front Windows and kitchen window installed
This is the 3rd time we have used Superior Home improvements. The first time was replacing our front door. They have since replaced the basement windows and most of our main floor windows. The reason we continue to use them is for their overall value, excellent service, sales and they are trustworthy. One of the last sets of windows was a floor to ceiling cathedral window. Dan and Jay, the installers, did a great job.
