I spoke with Arjay about our very old garage door openers, which still worked fine, except the remotes no longer worked. He researched replacement receivers/remotes and within a day gave us a couple of options and helped us decide what was the best value for money solution. He was very knowledgeable about the products and did not pressure one way or the other - simply relayed the facts and let us make the decision (which was to replace the entire garage door openers with new ones) . He scheduled Tony to perform the installation within the week and he did a great job. We are super happy with the service and advice this team gave us, as well as our new quiet garage door openers that we can open without getting out of the car!!! We highly recommend Avf.

Len did an excellent job - he was thorough, meticulous and his attention to detail was superb. Where he saw issues that needed repair, he provided good solutions and proceeded to do the repairs. He was very tidy and cleaned up everything before he finished the job. We would have Len back again the minute we need another paint job.

From the initial quote to the the completion of installation, service was professional and seamless. Richard clearly explained the different products available and what we needed and why. Richard and Jaimie arrived on time for the installation and the work was done with no mess left behind. Richard explained the new thermostat and the new unit once everything was done. All in all great service - we highly recommend Richard and his team.

Goldwell has done exterior painting for us twice before and this interior job was done just as well. We are very happy with their work and highly recommend them. Price for this interior job was very competitive compared to other quotes received. The crew arrived every day exactly when they said they would and accommodated my itinerary to arrive a little earlier than they normally do. The entire job was done efficiently and professionally. Kris arrived almost every day to check and help where needed and when they were finished, the crew cleaned everything up - vacuumed, cleaned french door windows, and even removed some window sealer that was dripping down on some windows outside (which was not part of the job!!). Overall excellent work!

We can't emphasize enough how absolutely THRILLED we are with Uli and her team at KDP. At the outset, Uli worked very hard to make our kitchen renovation possible - she made sure that all of the functional things we wanted were included, preparing several drawings initially, and then worked with us to make it financially possible - she even took it upon herself to contact Habitat for Humanity and email them pictures to see if our existing kitchen would qualify for a donation. Uli's team worked right on schedule with military precision - everything was done as planned, right down to the day of the week it was scheduled for. Everybody that worked on the kitchen did a superb job! Johnny did an outstanding job installing the cabinetry including his creating the special corner cabinet for the ovens and the precision with which he cut the mouldings is something to admire. Everyone that has seen the new kichen has commented on his beautiful workmanship. Also, Junior did a great job dealing with the challenges of working with a finished basement to install new taps and drains - in the end, with the help of Ralston's great patchwork, we can't even tell that anything was altered. Junior was also very kind to work late one evening to replace the pipe for the ice maker on the new freezer that wasn't working properly. We were also very impressed with how carefully everyone worked - we did not replace the existing flooring, but nothing was damaged, not even a scratch. Finally, Uli and her team took care to deal with the whole project - where things arose that weren't anticipated, they were handled - for example we changed our venting and Les removed the old unnecssary vent and then repaired the brick wall on our deck; and Uli has given me suggestions re new furniture to compliment the new kitchen. Overall, the professionalism with wich Uli and her team at KDP did this project is to be commended and we would happily refer anyone considering a renovation to them!

They sent somebody within the hour even though it wasn't a "rush/emergency" and Mike Dunn assessed the situation and gave me some options and costs and recommended what he thought should be done without doing unnecessary and expensive work. Work was done very professionally and everything was cleaned up afterwards.

DrainWorks were the 4th professionals that came to investigate our damaged basement floor. Armando was very thorough - he took his time to show us what his camera had found, where the weeping tiles were located under the floor and was honest about what our next steps should be so that we didn't unnecessarily spend alot of money digging things up that might not even fix the problem. Although he was unable to pinpoint what the problem specifically was, he was able to shed light on what was working properly and provide recommendations that made sense in a cost/benefit way as to how to proceed. I would not hesitate to call DrainWorks again - it was money well spent!
