Serge and the team fully honoured their quote and completed the work as scheduled and agreed upon. Serge communicated at the start and end of every day so there were no surprises and worked seamlessly with the many other trades that we had kicking around (and were polite and respectful with all our neighbours). Serge offered suggestions and advice to make the project run smoothly and left the property clean and tidy every day after their work was done. True professionals!

My downspout and drain pipe were full of ice and crashed to the ground as I was working from home. I called GTA Roofing Pros and Reuven was able to come the next day with his team and complete the job. In Max I trust. Just over a year ago I found Max on Homestars. It was Thanksgiving long weekend and my furnace was leaking. Not only was he the only one that responded but he showed up the next day (Thanksgiving morning) at 8AM as promised and fixed the issue at the cost estimated. A year-and-a-half later my hot water tank blew. I phoned him at 8PM and again he arrived in the early morning the next day. He spent 6 hours at my home troubleshooting the most cost-effective ways to solve the issue and was positive and pleasant the entire time. After trying the basic things like changing the thermocouple, he replaced the valve unit and got it done! He was friendly and showed me exactly what he was doing every step of the way. My family has hot water again and I'm a happy guy. Thanks Max.

We noticed that our furnace was leaking water and called Aire Max on a Saturday night of the long weekend. He accommodated our schedule to arrive early morning the next day upon our request as we had plans for the full day. He arrived right on time and tended to our issue in a professional manner. He took the time to show and explain the problem to me before getting to work. He changed the necessary parts and gave me a few tips before being on his way. His cost was fair and he did not try to "add-on" any costs.
