First of all I would like to thank Michael for accepting to inspect the house in such a short notice and being very helpful and detail oriented. Michael was prompt and very patient. Me being a first time buyer had lots of questions and Michael answered every question in detail. He never rushed and took detailed observations and provided me a summary of every item being inspected and answer my questions. He was also able to provide me the approximate cost of how much it would take to fix and what was preventive maintenance. I also looked at the other advantages of his home assure plus benefits which is a nice feature. Also he is willing to answer any questions even after the inspection. Would like to share my experience with Zaid movers. Right from the first contact to the end of the move the service was very efficient and professional. Zaid responded to all my emails and numereous queries. His quote was straightforward. Zaid was also very flexible with changes as I had to change the start time of the move. Zaid and his friend (sorry don't remember his name, guess it was K) arrived before time and started the job rightaway. They did not waste any time and did the job at a great pace. They handled all items with care. The whole move was done pretty fast which I was not expecting. Being a really busy move season(Aug last week) I was really happy I engaged Zaid for the move.
