He even went the extra mile and helped my neighbour by doing part of the job early when she needed a downspout replaced earlier than our entire project was scheduled to start. Our kitchen tile grout was unsealed and had changed from light grey to black, especially in the high traffic areas. Green and Spotless was able to clean it quickly and seal it for us too. Quick, easy and Alec was a pleasure to deal with.
