We had a leak in our ceiling. Neil and Lamar came promptly, explained everything (including price) at each step. They were polite and friendly. They quickly located and addressed the problem. They then cleaned up afterwards so efficiently that the only evidence they had ever been in our home was the fact that the leak had stopped.

We noticed a leak in our second floor. I went outside and I could see that there was a piece of moulding that had somehow come off of one of our dormers upstairs. I called Monday, they couldn't come yesterday because of snow, but they came today and fixed it. Ben was great. He got here promptly, was very polite and friendly, did a thorough inspection, and did the repair. He also walked around on the flat roof and sealed a few things, and also looked at the plumbing stacks. He thinks that the source of the leak may be a crack in one of the stacks. It reflects very well on him that he did not, for example, tell me that he needed to do many hours of extra exploration, or replace large sections of the roof. so I was just delighted.

Mark did a number of small repairs -- an outdoor GFI plug, repairs to one ceiling fan and replacing another, and threading an ethernet cable through some walls. He explained everything clearly, and scheduled a later time to do the tasks that required additional parts. He was unfailingly polite and efficient.

We had a new range hood installed to go with our new gas range. the previous range had a downdraft, and so there was no electrical connection. I called Green Planet 2 days ago, and Mark was able to come today. He arrived right on schedule, He reviewed the options with me, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. Throughout he was unfailingly pleasant, and wonderful at explaining things

I initially had a mixed experience with Mr. Roof Repair. Impressed by the high ratings, I called them to have the ice cables for my roof replaced, as an animal had chewed through them. They came promptly, having explained that they charge $200 for a roof assessment, the cost of which would be deducted from any work done. They sent me the assessment and estimate a week later. There was a brief delay because of misplaced paperwork, but after a conversation with Joe, the owner, everythign got sorted out. As soon as it was safe to work on my steep slate roof, they installed my ice cables. They did such a good job that day that the work was supposed to be done I got home and thought they hadn't come. They had installed them so unobtrusively that the only sign of the work was the short cord leading to the outdoor GFI outlet.

Dany came to see our collapsing fence, and propped it up so that it wouldn't fall over before his crew could come. They worked quickly and efficiently and the new fence is gorgeous.

Natasha called in the morning to let me know when to expect Frank the plumber. Frank arrived on time, investigated and explained the problem, and explained the repair options. He then performed the repair quickly and efficiently. Some months late a problem emerged -- the wood had rotted and the new faucet had been mounted on insecure wood. I called and Michael the plumber came and installed a better faucet more securely at no charge.

I needed to have a counter cut to accommodate a new slide-in range. it was sitting in the middle of our kitchen, making it a crisis. he came right away and did it quickly and perfectly, and charged very little. punctuality, quality, price, timeliness, follow up. he was excellent on each of punctuality, quality, price, timeliness, and follow up.
