We were very happy with their work. The gentleman came in and took his time and answered all questions no matter how silly they were. He explained everything to us and even walked around the house to pin point any entry points. They guarantee work for 6 months and even told me when I should call if I don't see results. I would definitely use this company again and have already recommended them to one of my colleagues.

This is the first time I am writing a bad review and so I would like to start off by saying something positive. The products that LawnSavers offer are good and you do need to work together in order for the lawn to be healthy. My lawn had awful weeds and the vegetation spray plus the week control worked wonderfully along with our care. What I am very dissatisfied with is the customer service in which I received this season. The technicians made a few errors with my lawn, one being that they went to the wrong house. Each time I called they were apologetic but kept having an excuse to why such things happen. They would give me one excuse and then the next week the excuse would change to suit their needs. I was told one thing and then another which can be frustrating. I would like to note that if I was not home on maternity leave, I would have never caught the mistakes as I needed to see it with my own eyes to catch it. The last time I called I was very upset as it had been one of several phones calls made this summer and was told that I was yelling at them. I was merely on speaker phone as I needed to tend to my daughter whom I needed to put to sleep and couldn't and it is louder on speaker! The lady went on to refer to her notes and I noticed that the "notes" put on the account were not correct. What they say on the phone and what they write on their notes are two different things which has been happening all season! How can I trust that things will be done properly if the notes are not even inputted properly. My mother has had the same dissatisfaction for the same reason and even had the lady laugh at her at one point. It is hard to deal with a company that have technicians not doing their job properly and customer service reps improperly writing notes down on the system and going back and forth with excuses. To top it all off, I would have never know their mistakes if I had not been home and at work, which is disconcerning. I am well aware that I will get a response from the owner looking at my account and referring to the notes made but with my case some of those notes are incorrect and therefore mean nothing to me. If you do decide to go with this company, be sure you are on top of them and home to see the services done as they are more than likely to make a mistake. Also, make sure to write everything down from the conversation as their notes will not reflect the conversation had. If you are prepared to spend a lot of time being on top of them then great! I myself do not feel I should have to do that and will not use them again or recommend them to friends or family.
