A few of my 10 year old Clera windows had a plastic hardware piece crack and break off. I contacted Rita at customer service and she quickly shipped out new parts, and a couple of extra too, and I easily replaced them and windows are functioning properly again. I havent had any other issues with their windows and this one was easily fixed. I would highly recommend Clera.

The installer left a mess in our back yard and deck but that didn't worry me too much since the installation seemed to go well. In the months following several different people from Gold Standard called me looking for additional business at our home. They had no idea what our initial services were and it all seemed very disorganized. Since the weather has warmed up we noticed that the downspout of the eaves-trough was leaking and making a terrible dripping sound. This was the reason we needed to replace the eaves in the first place. It had rusted and would drip constantly. I called Gold Standard once and they said they would send someone out to fix it. No one ever came. Several weeks later they called me back again, had no clue what services they had provided in the first place and were asking if they could provide additional services. I told them about the problem with the dripping eaves and that no one had come to fix it and they said they would send someone again to see if they would be able fix it or if I would have to pay for the fix. No one showed up again. I would never, ever use their services again and would never recommend them to anyone. Their calls are just as bad as telemarketers and they never followed through on anything they promised. I would highly recommend that you do not use their services.

Michael and all of the staff at Smart Doors were all very helpful and polite with all of my questions and concerns when inquiring about a new garage door. Michael was very knowledgable about the different door and opener types and what would meet our needs best. The price was great and they were able to provide a black garage door which was hard to find. Overall I would definitely recommend Smart Doors and I would use them again.

We used We-Haul for removal of garbage that we cleared out after flooding in our basement. Marc was available the next day and was very professional and quickly got our garage cleared out. He called early in the day to let me know he was going to be arriving at the later half of service window. This was very helpful and appreciated. The price was also very good compared to others I had looked into. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.
