I first contacted Delroy last year when my tenant had a problem with the microwave and dishwasher based on the reviews in Homestars - despite a snowstorm, Delroy made the visit on a Sunday as soon as the snow was cleared; addressed the problem with the dishwasher and recommended we not spend the money to repair the microwave. When I replaced the microwave, Delroy installed it and when I later had a problem with the refridgerator he got the parts and repaired it right away. He may not be able to guarantee exactly when he'll be there but he's been completely dependable and a pleasure to work with. I recommend him highly.

I first contacted Charlie to do a relatively small repair based on the reviews in Homestars. He responded right away, came when he said he would and kept me informed throughout.
