From my initial communication via email to getting the finished product I was extremely satisfied with the service. I recently purchased my home and this is the first servicing of the furnace I have done. I called Cosmopolitan and they sent Hasan Ather to complete the work. He was very professional in his work, provided answers on all my queries on my forced air furnace. In addition when I mentioned duct cleaning he provided me with the ins and outs of what would need to be done and completed a quick check to see if indeed duct cleaning was necessary, which in fact it was. He then called while at my house and got me in for a cleaning asap. I would recommend Hasan and Cosmopolitan.
