After checking a few Garage door brands, I knew C.H.I is the one I want. After checking manufacturer site, I got several dealers' info , including Smart Doors, from the site. called each one and got a few quotes from different dealers. I found Michael, owner of Smart Doors, the most reasonable person, and the quote he provided was competitive enough to decide to deal with him. Michael and his team are professionals and they delivered my garage door and installed it as promised. Michael also installed a remote Keypad for my existing garage door opener at no extra cost, which I really appreciate. If you want to get a straight forward answer/quote and not get confused with mumbo jumbo terms, then I definitely recommend Smart Doors. You will be happy, just like me, with the process from A to Z and with the result.

We hired this company after reading some reviews on Homestars and I should say we are so happy with our decision. We needed to remove the old , rotten wood window frame from our from side, and put nice stucco. The project started and ended as promised. Working crew were all polite and professional. They also cleaned up after finishing. I recommend this company to anyone looking for Stucco project.

We used Windows and Doors specialist for second time, this time get a couple of windows replaced. Due to some error in system, the windows we got had wrong grills on it. Louis , the business owner, worked on the issue promptly and we got the issue fixed to our satisfaction. Also Judy from the office followed up with me multiple times to make sure the problem is addressed to our satisfaction. Error may happen in business but I really liked the way Louis handled it and showed responsibility and accountability. That's what makes a business outstanding among competitors. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

After getting few quotes, we met Myron, the owner of Aztech Windows & Doors. He showed up on time, and the quote he provided was very competitive. We called him after a week to put our order and in about a month we got the door installed by Aztech professional installer. The quality of the product and the service are very satisfactory. From the very first moment till the last minute of installation we experienced professionalism. We are very happy with our decision and will recommend Aztech to our friends.

We hired this company to make wrought iron railing for the stairs we have in front of our porch. the initial meeting was quick and on-time. Rohan from the company showed up and did the roughly measurements, showed us a few sample pictures and after we agreed on price we signed the contract. He said someone will show up to do a precise measurement and the whole project should be done in 2-3 weeks. After almost 2 weeks nobody showed up so I called to follow up. I was told the Iron poles we selected are not in stock and it may tale another week before they can come for the precise measurement. after another week they came in , did the measurement and I was told with another week galvanization of the whole railing will be done and they will come to install. Another 10 days past and no news. I tried to reach company be calling or sending text message but no answer. Finally Rohan answered my phone saying the project will be delayed because there is a backlog in galvanization workshop. Finally after another 2 weeks or so they came in and installed the railing. When it finished I asked Rohan to put some copper or gold touch up on part of the railings. This is what he had told us the very first day he visited us . We asked for such dual tone and he had told us that the railing comes in black color and once installed they can add the touch up dual tone wherever we want. When I reminded Rohan about what he had told us for adding dual tone paint touch up, first he questioned me if he really said.so. Then he said he doesn't have the copper or gold paint spray with him but he promised he would bring it in next 2 days to do so. I agreed with this and since the main job was almost done, I paid him in full to show my respect to what we agreed on. That was my MISTAKE. Rohan never showed up since then, I called several times and each times either he didn't pick up the phone or he said he didn't get a chance to pick up the paint spray from paint store. He was supposed to come back within 2 days after installation to finish the paint touch up but now it is 3 weeks and no one showed up despite my calls and text messages to Rohan to remind him of this remaining task. The whole project took way longer than what I was promised. The quality of the job seems OK but since the paint job is not complete yet, I don't consider this as a perfectly done job. They are so poor in follow up with customers. I WILL NOT recommend this company to anyone.

After getting multiple quotes from different companies and comparing them (price wise and quality wise) we ended up dealing with Windows & Doors specialist. Louis, the business owner, is professional, knowledgeable and cool to deal with. His quote was quite competitive. Also, the installer, Tato, was really hard working,professional and expert in what he was doing. I was so happy with their service and whole experience that I referred them to my brother-in-law and he is getting his windows replaced through this company. I am also planning to call them for replacing the remaining windows in my home. Quality of the material and workmanship are both equally the best. You won't regret dealing with Louis and his great crew.

I called a few companies to get quote on purchasing a specific brand and specific model furnace (Lennox SLP98). After checking a few and hearing all sort of prices and sales pitches, I called Husky and talked to Dimitri, He gave me a quote which was competitive to others, was very straight forward and quoted exactly based on what I wanted. He didn't try at all to sell me more product or anything not needed. After agreeing with the price, Husky company booked the installers for the very next day and they showed up sharp on time. Both installers were professional and quick. They completed the task hassle free and answered all my questions. The following business day, I got email from Husky office saying that they did register my furnace with manufacturer to get full warranty , plus they completed all the paper works to get all the rebates from manufacturer and from the OPA. Awesome job to say the least from the moment I called to get a quote to last part which was applying for rebates. The only suggestion I have is that: It would be great if technicians wear booties, or to clean up the dust left behind. It is not a biggie but that's the only thing I can say for improvement. I definitely use their service and recommend them to my friends.

I hired Hossein and Armand to do my light fixture installation which needed lots of attention and patience. They both worked so professionally and finished the task right on time. A true professional service. Tom showed up on time and completed the inspection right on time. He was paying attention to all details and giving me tips on how to maintain the house and go through necessary repairs/maintenance after closing the deal. He patiently and accurately answered all my questions and concerns. His infrared Scan system is definitely worth for the extra money we paid. It gave us better understanding of where heat loss sources are. I am extremely happy I decided to hire Tom to do the job for me. Very reasonable price for the type of service he provides. Since I am a Realtor, I am going to recommend Tom to all my Buyer clients from now on.
