Lindon really helped us when our furnace broke down in the coldest week of the winter. Their emergency phone worked well and Lindon answered right away. He listened to the problem and decided to buy a replacement part on the way to the service call. He came right on time as promised and had the furnace running again in less than 15 minutes. His price was more than fair for an emergency call and he even got us a warranty so the part was free. Excellent service for a fair price!

It's strange to me that on some previous bad reviews the owner reply is that the customer is simply confused and that it wasn't Target that they hired. I also hadn't noticed how many "assisted reviews" there were. Overall, the service just wasn't that great. The good: Price is cheap, the company sent me a copy of their insurance, they came as promised and they did deep clean 2 very filthy apartments. We felt bad for the cleaning ladies to do the work that we didn't even want to touch. The bad: Never saw Ray. The ladies seemed to have no instructions of any kind. One of the ladies left for a while but I got charged the full day for all 3 of them. It was difficult to schedule them to come back and finish so we just did the rest ourselves.

its one of those situations where a customer provided incorrect information,
upon arrival and initial inspection by the team leader ( as we do always), Team leader discovered a large amount of bed bug & Mold ( level 5) all over walls, appliances, floors,etc...\which we DO NOT clean.
the team leader explained the situation and walked away. with no hard feeling.we did not even charge him for late cancellation fee.
customer failed to let us know that his place is infected, instated he requested a maid service,
contacted the owner ( Ray ) asking him to come by and have a look!
owner ( Ray ) explained to him that he need to call the specialist people to deal with the bed bug and the mold, as we are a Maid service, and we do not do such jobs.
customer did not take it well, ( i guess ) as we never heard from him again.
technically we did not clean his place, the cleaners chose to walk away as its health & safety hazard .
looks like it was a last minute rush and he took his anger on us.

bear in mind, we did a previous job for him, 3 week earlier, and he was extremely happy, with a big tip to the cleaners( which we are greatly appreciated )

This is the 2nd time that I've used Miracle Movers. As expected, they were punctual, polite, professional, careful, organized and hard working. The price and the service was exactly as expected. Nothing was broken and we got everything moved in less than 6 hours.

Based on the professional look of their website and their 5 year warranty offer, we hired Bathtub Miracle to refinish our tub in the fall of 2013. "Mike" arrived on time and sprayed a high gloss white finish on the tub which made it look much better, but not perfect as there were a lot of dust particles in the finish which made it bumpy to the touch or to close inspection. But for the affordable price of $220 we were satisfied. Within 2 months, there was a 2" bubble under the coating which then started to peel. The peeling grew to what is now a 8" diameter hole in the finish which continues to flake off. "Mike" left behind a 5 year written warranty but despite our calling and emailing every day for the past 4 weeks, no one from Bathtub Miracle has responded. We considered small claims court but in the end it's probably easier just to pay a reputable refinishing company to come in and do it properly. I guess we didn't research enough and were fooled by a glossy website and a fake warranty.

Do the work properly AND honour their warranty.
