I (stupidly) didn't drain a copper pipe fully before the winter, so it froze and broke when I turned it back on in the summer. After self-diagnosing the problem, I called Ray who arrived, sealed the pipe with a new copper piece and finished the job. Arrived promptly and handled the situation professionally. Highly recommended.
I'm very happy and pleased with the home renovations that was managed by Rahul on behalf of One Oak. Our house needed some major renovations - wiring, new flooring, the removal of a couple walls. He was great to deal with in terms of pricing and was happy to explore various ways to help reduce the cost of the project without any sacrifices in quality. Rahul handled the project very professionally, and dealt with a number of issues - including fixes for venting, flooring and wiring with ease. One major issue in which flooring subcontractors screwed up their work was handled deftly by Rahul, as he managed to fix the problems (which were quite significant and stressful for us) without any added cost. We are very happy with the result of the renovations as well as the cost. I'd be more than happy to recommend One Oak in the future.

We always strive to complete any renovation with craftsmanship and quality. Because once the construction is over, you have to live in and enjoy your new space for a long time.
UPDATE - The company immediately reached out to me to discuss my review and after explaining my situation, they agreed to compensate me for the plumbing work that hard to be done and applied a further $100 credit to my account. I must say that I'm very impressed by the service here and have adjusted my score on my earlier review accordingly. Hired Duct Cleaning Specialists to come in and clean my ducts for the Wednesday. They did the job as requested, however, in testing the humidifier - or whatever they did (my wife was there and couldn't provide a fully accurate description as to what happened) - they saddle valve connecting the humidifier water line broke. So, now I have to pay an additional $200 to fix this and the phone number to the duct technician isn't being picked up. We are also waiting for the pictures of our duct work to be emailed to us so I can 100% verify that the work was completed (I was at work when the work was done).

I am not sure how our duct cleaning service has any effect on damaging your humidifier valve, but none the less, I’d like to chat with you and figure something out.
Also, as far as pictures go… we have hundreds of photos, and typically go over them with the customer during the job itself… we don’t save them… I’d be more than happy to come out myself and inspect the system to ensure that everything was cleaned, and if not, have it re-done again…
