The home inspection report we received from him was beyond our expectations and included thorough descriptions of all concerns along with large photographs depicting the issues at hand and recommended action plans for each issue addressed in the inspection (e.g., repair, replacement or observation/monitoring if an issue exists). Tom Rando is a man of integrity and clearly has the customer's best interest in mind. He is honest, genuine and reliable. He is happy to respond to all questions and he does so in a comprehensive manner. He responds to his emails and calls promptly. We also had Tom return to our house to conduct asbestos testing (3 samples) and once again we were thoroughly impressed by his professionalism. We had just purchased our first house and had some material samples tested for asbestos. Turned out that our living room ceiling tested positive for the stuff and I wanted it gone. Manny, Ighor and his crew were excellent. Not only were response times quick, but they described the process in detail over the phone and emailed us a thorough overview of the work to be completed along with a reasonable price quote. They also booked a time to complete the work within the week after our initial consultation. They even took some photos as they worked to document the process for us. They did a fantastic job removing the ceiling and all trace of asbestos -- and left the room clean and tidy. The air test following the procedure came back "extremely clean" with no signs of asbestos in that room or in adjacent rooms. I highly recommend Manny and his GreenStream crew for your asbestos/lead/mold removal needs!

Pablo and his team are excellent! He came highly recommended to us by another top notch electrical company (fully booked) when we needed our aluminum wiring updated and many light fixtures installed in ceilings where there were no existing fixtures. We had another company suggest additional upgrades at higher $ but Pablo was honest by explaining why some of those suggested upgrades were simply not necessary. We appreciated saving that extra $ and was impressed by his honesty. Pablo and Devon are professional, were always punctual, worked tirelessly to get the work finished in a short time frame, and cleaned up everything afterwards. The price was very reasonable as well. Our lighting now looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier! We highly recommend Pablo Cosme for all of your electrical needs and will definitely be a returning customer!
