I cannot say enough positive things about Tom Rando with Clearview Home Inspections! The home inspection report we received from him was beyond our expectations and included thorough descriptions of all concerns along with large photographs depicting the issues at hand and recommended action plans for each issue addressed in the inspection (e.g., repair, replacement or observation/monitoring if an issue exists).
Tom Rando is a man of integrity and clearly has the customer's best interest in mind. He is honest, genuine and reliable. He is happy to respond to all questions and he does so in a comprehensive manner. He responds to his emails and calls promptly. We also had Tom return to our house to conduct asbestos testing (3 samples) and once again we were thoroughly impressed by his professionalism.
