I was looking for a technician to come and fix a roof top furnace that was not properly heating a rental property. It was a Saturday and after calling several companies Maric was the only one who took the time to come out and diagnose the problem. He was very patient and explained what he was doing as he worked on the furnace. He accurately diagnosed the problem and clearly explained what needed to be done.
