We had been contacting couple of landscapers since January and we reached out to James after seeing his advertisement in Kijiji. I should say his quote is very reasonable compared to all landscapers we had met in person. And his work is great. In fact two of our neighbours came to us last evening when we were enjoying our garden to say that the person whom we hired for the work did a fantastic job and the garden looks great. Alex arrived at our door sharp at 7:00 p.m., we had scheduled appointment for 7:00 p.m. He was so pleasant. We explained our situation that we had a water leak in our main floor and we mentioned it would be from the bath tub on the upper level. He observed the water leak. He agreed to diagnose the problem right away. He arrived at the conclusion that the bath tub drain was not fixed properly which he reinstalled for us and checked if the problem recurred. We confirmed that it was not leaking anymore. We had another technician who had seen this issue earlier and he had mentioned that the bath tub had to be taken out to identify the problem inside which would have involved a lot of work and more money. Alex was so professional in his approach and he knew what he had to do to get it fixed. We loved his service and his price was reasonable.

Great work by the installers. The installers were on time. They did the work perfect. They were quick as well in their work. They were very careful with the furnitures, walls and base boards. They even arranged the old carpets well for waste collection. Overall it was a great service though we had to wait for almost a month to get the carpets delivered to the store. Moreover, it would be great if the store officials update about the status without follow up calls from customers.
