We discovered a leak in the upstairs bathroom wall when we began our rennovations. The leak was coming from our plumbing stack. Mr Roof Repair gave me a quote over the phone, and within 3 days, came out and did the repairs. They gave us a full report on the conditions of the entire roof with photos, and made some recommendations to improve venting the bathroom fans properly. All personnel I dealt with (appointment booking, repairman, and receivables clerk), everyone was cordial and professional. We will likely go ahead and schedule the recommended improvcements in the near future. Thank you!

We had Wintex install Hunter Douglas blinds in all of our rooms in our home. Pauline was very patient in helping us choose the designs, and ensured the order was accurate as it was a very complicated order with many different types of window coverings. The installation went smoothly as promised. We had some issues with the HD blinds themselves (minor manufacturer defect) but they dealt with them in a timely fashion and rectified the issues to our satisfaction.

We have been using Jameson to open & close our pool since they installed our pool a few years ago. From installation to services, we have been very happy overall. We find their prices competitive and the staff knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Each year we look around to make sure pricing is competitive and have been satisfied in terms of value. We will continue using their services in the future and recommend to friends looking to install a pool.

Chris came to our home to give us a quote and explained which model would work best for our needs. The workers installed the unit on schedule, they were very professional, cleaned up after the work was done and also returned the rental hot water tank for us at no extra charge. Their price was competitive and had very good warranty coverage. It has been 3 days now since we are using the new tankless model and so far so good! We will call in the near future for furnace & AC quote.

Nathan came out to give us an estimate on a Saturday morning, and we agreed to have the work done on the same day and gave a 25% cash deposit. They ended up calling to reschedule the job saying the weather did not look good. The repairs of the flashing and securing brackets on the eves & cleaning the eves was satisfactory. The problem the miscommunication on repairs to the 2 corners on the eves where we had leaks. We had agreed to pay for the more expensive method of repair which came with an 8 month warranty (using high heat), but the worker repaired it by plastering on some black silicone instead. The worker insisted that his method was the better one which was very confusing to us since we were told by Nathan that only the high heat method would be under warranty and so we agreed to pay the higher amount. At the end, the worker agreed to re-do the repair using high heat, but the way in which the office dealt with this discrepancy is the main reason we will never call these people again or recommend them to anyone. Frankly the guy who called from the office was quite rude and practically accused us of not wanting to pay, which was never the case, we just wanted to have the work reflect what we were paying for.
