Glendon (one of the partners) provided great clarity on the work that will be performed during the vendor evaluation phase. During my discussions, he was the one vendor that came across as highly knowledgeable and enthusiastic to doing business with me. The quote provided was in line for the work to be performed. The team showed up promptly on the day of work. I had two leaks repaired from the outside - all done within 6 hours. During the repair, at various key points, Glendon made sure that I was briefed on the work being performed. After the cleanup, it was very hard to tell if any digging work was done at all. The shrubs and plants were re-planted with no leftover mess. As a customer, I am very comfortable with the work and have a strong belief that the leaks have been taken care of for good. I would definitely recommend Glendon and his team for the transparency, high quality of workmanship and for the customer first attitude.

I had used Professional roofers on previous 4 occasion in the past 3 years to patch my existing roof. All the patch up work done were excellent and hence I decided to award Professional Roofers the contract to put a new roof/shingles. Right from the sales process through execution, the vendor was very professional and I was very happy with the price point. Though they are not the cheapest in the market at the same time they are not the costliest and I did find great value for the price I paid. Quality of the roof and the work done was excellent - these guys know their stuff. Cleanup up of the mess after the roofing is commendable - we were thoroughly impressed. They went to the extend of replacing roof boards, if one was found to be defective (a few included in the package) - this made me feel very comfortable that my roof was being assessed for any damage and being fixed instead of just overlaying the shingles. One small issue that came up during execution but was resolved quickly was that the guys ran out of a specific paint color for the flashing. The workers were a bit hesitant to give me the time to purchase and were pushing for the ones they had at hand. A call to the office was required, and I had argue to get them to comply and allow me to get the right color. Having said this, I would say that the part of the problem may have been caused by me assuming that they would have the right color - I should have discussed this early on instead of waiting until the last moment. Other than this minor hiccup, they guys are very professional, easy to work with, excellent quality of work and I would recommend them to my friends and they are my preferred vendors for any new roof in the future.
