Just prior to starting a basement renovation, I noticed a damp spot and some calcification on the concrete floor. I was referred to Naz, who I reached out to and he was very responsive and came to see my home quickly. He and his team discovered that the waterproofing system at my home wasnt connected to anything so the water had no place to exit my home. He quickly arranged for his crew to come out and install a sump pump and direct the waterproofing system to it. I havent noticed any damp spots since then and the basement feels much safer. Once I made the decision to list my condo, I realized I had a few things I needed repaired prior to it hitting MLS. I called many contractors, but KC was one of the few people that answered his phone. Most other contractors didn't even return my call. He was able to arrange for someone to come on short notice and worked around my restricted schedule. I had some holes filled, mouldings fastened, sliding doors fixed, painting, etc. The work was done very well and wasn't rushed. The contractor sent by KC needed to let a wall dry and scheduled to come back two days later. He was sick that day and KC came in his place and finished everything, as promised. He was reliable, personable and did a great job.
