The job was superbly done; our BBQ looks like new! The service was also excellent - our technician (Logan) couldn't have been more helpful, accommodating or pleasant. He arrived on time even though we booked months earlier and was able and patient enough to answer my myriad of questions! I highly recommend this company.

The service was provided by Paulo, the store was Luxury Bath Centre and the items were bathroom accessories. I was starting from scratch when I entered and I left feeling like an expert -- with the best quality fixtures at the most reasonable prices. Even my contractor was impressed. In future, I will save myself time, effort and money by heading straight for this extremely accommodating and long-standing retail establishment.

The Finer Edge has been painting my house in stages over the past 6 years. I cannot praise them enough as they have consistently produced excellent results. They are professional in every way -- careful about their surroundings, paying attention to detail and priced very fairly. The manager of my projects, Vince, can always be relied upon to make sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. I made good use of his eye for design and colour and despite the fact that I can on occasion be a bit (!!!) fussy or indecisive, his easy nature and extreme patience never wavered. While all the men who worked in my home were highly proficient, I found that one - Antonio - was exceptional. His work is meticulous. Naturally, he is hard to get, but when finally slotted in, he is well worth the wait. I also greatly appreciated the flexibility of the painters who would happily do a minor touch-up here and there even though it wasn't specified in the quote.

I had my entire basement re-carpeted by Carpet Selections and I have such praise for this company that I am motivated to write a review! This dealer not only carries a line of excellent quality merchandise, but he is able to source almost any type or brand of flooring you can name. Their patience in helping you decide on a product is exemplary and their advice is extremely reliable. They have the most affable staff I have seen in ages, who were also quick, efficient, and left the basement spotless. They stuck to the promised time of delivery and installation. I highly recommend Carpet Selections and will not hesitate to use them again.

Two painters (Greg and Mike) spent only 5 days giving our family room, laundry, front hall, upstairs hall and passage way to the basement a new look -- and that included a change in paint colour halfway through for one of the rooms. They were lovely and trustworthy men. They worked right through the Dominion Day holiday in order to "give us our life back as soon as possible". They allowed no one in while we were out of the house. They were courteous, patient and helpful, and took care to clean up nicely. They also reassured us that they would return to touch up after other scheduled renovations had been completed.

They were very well informed. They were very knowledgeable about their products. The staff was very patient and very willing to discuss a price agreement with us that included the delivery charges. They delivered when they claimed they would. They are very easy to deal with. They return phone calls in a timely manner.
