I'd like to thank everyone who recommended ALO Upholstery. I've been searching for 5 years for an upholsterer that I could trust to reupholster my dining room chairs. Darren and his father and their team surpassed EVERY expectation I could possibly have! I've renovated my house from the studs and rafters and so have worked with many contractors. ALO are one of the best contractors I've worked with! Darren is absolutely consciencous about ensuring that he communicates with you and provides you with ALL of the information you need to make an informed decision. He and his dad take absolute pride in their work -- which is a rare quality. I haven't stopped admiring my dining room since they delivered the chairs and wish I had the words to express how awe-struck I am. I know a good contractor by how excited they are about their work and Darren and his dad and their team were excited about this. Pictures say more than words do so I'll let you judge for yourself. P.S. My family and friends are already asking when they can come over for dinner!

I had a very small job and given that most contractors are refusing to take on small jobs, I thought I'd be at a loss to find one willing to move my downspout for me. I'm so thankful to Pierce and his team. Their customer service was excellent. They were happy to communicate with me via email. There was no long wait for responses -- they usually got back to me within a couple of days. Their team were very friendly and quiet and they cleaned up the work site so well that I would never have known they were there had I not been home. I would not only recommend them to everyone I'm close to, I plan to use them again myself.
