Finer Edge is a company we keep coming back to again and again. For almost 17 years, we have relied exclusively on the talents of master craftsman, Glen who knows everything there is to know about wood. Annually, he works to maintain the beauty of our African wood front door and garage door. Over this period, we have relied exclusively on Glen and Waseem who are master craftsmen with wood, to maintain the natural beauty of our mahogany front and garage doors. They are “artists” who take great personal pride in their craft and always surpass our expectations.

From the beginning when I called the level of professionalism was high. Once the technician came he was polite, professional, knowledgeable and explained what the problem was and what had to be done. He came back to do the repairs once the parts were delivered and he was diligent in all areas completing the job; this took several hours. For us, it has also been a benefit to have the Direct Energy protection plans on our air conditioner and furnace. The monthly fees associated with these protection plans are reasonable and give one peace of mind, if and when a problem should occur.

We are repeat clients of Finer Edge. They will Glen is an expert woodcraftsmen. We are very pleased with the work done and the doors look brand new. Starting with Bill, and all the team at Finer Edge, they are consummate professionals who are prompt,courteous and experienced. Their work is competitively priced and the quality is topnotch.
