Edward came to repair my dishwasher today. He called ahead to confirm when he would arrive and he was punctual. What I found most refreshing about Edward was his honestly in how to proceed with the repair. He explained clearly what needed to be done and what the next steps should be and when. Bathroom - drywall repair and painting
I'm very pleased with the work that Rene from Ivascon completed for me today - you can't tell that there'd been a huge hole in the wall. Rene is a perfectionist and will not leave until the work is done correctly. I asked him to replace 4 door knobs and although new door knobs don't work well with old doors, Rene made it work beautifully! I highly recommend Ivascon to anyone considering home improvement/renovation. I will definitely be using Rene and Ivascon for my next project in September - I trust him with any work that needs to be done in my apartment.

We wanted to add two new electrical outlets in our condo and move the location of one cable outlet. Captain Electric arranged approval with the management, modified the circuit breaker panel as needed, installed the outlets and even cleaned up afterwards. The work was done expertly and quickly, and they provided a certificate of inspection too. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to others!

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
we had our condo's old (original) fuse box replaced with a new, switch type panel, by Captain Electric. We were pleasantly surprised at how quick and hassle-free the conversion was. We love the convenience of the switch type. No more fuses to mess with! Your electrician left us with a clearly marked listing of what each switch on the panel controlled, which we didn't have before. The panel also has some extra switches, if we make electrical additions to our home. Needless to say, when that day comes, we will be calling Captain Electric. Thanks and Best Wishes Always,

A detailed panel directory is something that we leave with every homeowner.
