Paul and his assistant were great. Professional, quick and very pleasant . I certainly appreciated the fact that they only sold me the work that I needed, as opposed to other firms I have used in the past.

John did an amazing job refinishing several pieces of furniture including some of my treasured antiques. I particularly enjoyed learning more about my furniture's age and background. I will definitely use his services again. Julia, Markham, Ontario

Drainworks staff were very professional, friendly and gave very clear explanations of what they were doing and why it was necessary. Although the experience of having a sewage backup and expensive repair isn't something I would recommend - these folks actually made the experience as pleasant as possible!
