Had a small issue with a window hinge on a window that was installed a couple of years ago. Phoned the service number, got an appointment. The team arrived on time, fixed the window, made no mess, and explained what they had done. Was fixed under warranty with no bother. Couldnt be happier with my windows!!

Peter communicated quite well in advance of the repair call, brought all the right parts, fixed only what needed fixing. Great service, clean, quite a good price, and timely. Best in the city!
