Pat and his team were fantastic on our basement renovation after we had some water damage due to a plumbing issue. Pat and his team removed all the damaged material and installed vinyl flooring, new drywall, baseboards, and did all the painting and finishing - excellent quality of work and amazing communication. We had signs that we might have a bed bug situation at our house so we called Pestend. Nasser arrived and was kind, courteous, informative and helpful. He listened to our questions and guided us on how to deal with the situation patiently and professionally. He provided us with mattress and box covers which he helped us put on and came back twice to check to see if we had had any further signs. Just to be sure we decided to go for a treatment and he just follow up two weeks later with a a second treatment to be sure. It looks like Naseer has taken care of the problem for which we are very grateful. We hope we don't have to to EVER call him again but if we had to we definitley would!
