Over a period of 1 week, Mark was the only plumber that bothered to call me back or try to fit me into their busy schedule to clear a fairly severe blockage in 2 drains that took almost a hour to clear. Mark is a diamond in the world of plumbers. He is the most honest, reliable, and fair-priced plumber I've dealt with in a very long time. He discusses potential concerns, probable causes, future prevention, and cost before he even begins. He is caring and understanding and brings calm to what was for me a stressful situation. I contacted Dimitri after reading Homestars reviews and happy that I did. He was able to replace the worn lockset with a new one he brought a couple of hours after I spoke with him. Dimitri was honest, pleasant, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, tidy, and quick. I highly recommend him. His price was very fair and included the cost of the new lockset. Very happy with his service.

Totally awesome and extremely professional services and staff. I initially asked Mark to prune my 2 huge maple trees that were hanging over my roof and hydro service wires at my house and my neighbour's house and to remove an extensive amount of overgrown brush thinking that in itself would break the bank. But once here, Mark and his crew worked diligently through the heat and humidity to not only take care of what I'd asked but they pruned my maples so they would get more sun and air circulation and be healthy. They also dealt with other dead trees and brush without charging extra. Branches were cleared as they were cut and put through the chipper so cleanup happened as the work was being done. Mark and his crew told me what time of year I should prune my flowering bushes and how short/tall they should be for their location. I know I'm probably rambling but I am in awe by the level of service I received. The guys know their stuff and are extremely professional and helpful. I've already told Mark that I'll be asking them back again in the fall to do more. If you've been burned in the past by other companies like I was, I highly recommend that you call Mark.
