Thomas completed a predelivery inspection of our new condominium in Liberty Village. The resulting report was accurate and detailed, documenting several diffencies the developer needed to address prior to closing. Would definitely work with Thomas again for future home inspection needs.

Michael of 4Sight Inspections completed the home inspection for a potential investment property my wife and I were purchasing in Stoney Creek, ON. This was our first time using 4Sight to complete an inspection, and I was extremely impressed!!! Michael went over every inch of the property, providing a detailed commentary on what repairs should be our priority, and which could be deferred. His level of detail provided exceeded my expectations. Within an hour following his site visit, a very thorough 85 page inspection report was emailed to me, documenting what was discussed at the location. I would not hesitate to use 4Sight Inspections for future house purchases!!!
