CityPro Aluminum did an absolutely amazing job for our condo building. It was a somewhat complicated job but they handled it extremely well and with ease. Their exoertise and professionalism shined through at every aspect, right from our first meeting and throughout the project. Reliable, and skilled contractors are a rarity. Dorian and his brother were extremely patient, helpful and an absolute joy to work with. They really cared and they showed pride in their work. Their workers were equally amazing. Site was left spotless. They were organized, thorough and showed obvious pride and were always showing that they wanted to make us happy through their conscientiouness. The quality of their work is exceptional. The finished job turned out even better than I had anticipated!!

Foreman Denis was extremely patient and a true professional. He answered every question willingly. He and Oleg showed up on time to do an initial assessment. His foreman Denis is a true professional, very accommodating, knowledgeable, skilled and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our project required a lot of planning and he was so helpful with this. He solved our roofing problems. He and his workers did a fantastic job on our main apartment building's flat roof, as well as our 3 large ext garage roofs that house 34 vehicles. Many residents also noticed and commented that Denis and his crew were very detail oriented, always on time, never left a mess and truly cared about their work and did it methodically. They were very organized, professional, extremely reliable and on time. The quality of their work was excellent, and even our engineer who inspected their work during and after, rated the 1m as "high". Wish there were more companies out there like this one! A rare find! Their price was excellent and they really made 1 things stress free. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent Price!! I researched 10 + AC companies for the SAME AC unit, and the price was $ 1,000 cheaper than anywhere else, WITHOUT compromising service or quality etc. Many other AC companies overly mark up their products. Novel Care (formerly Air Tech) have GREAT prices, and their service service is great right from sales to installation to service. I have used them for servicing my Ductless AC for the past 15 years, and have been dealing with Julie (sales) for many years. She is very helpful , friendly and accommodating. I was also impressed with a great installation done by 2 men who took great care with protecting my floors, furniture, cleaning up, and keeping me informed with how the installation was going. The installers were courteous and polite and took the time to answer my questions. I would highly recommend this company.
