They did a great job painting our door and trim around my house. On time, at a great price, and very thorough. I would use them again and have already recommended them to another neighbor of mine. Great job!

Basement & Main Floor Reonovation
Purple Properties was an absolute pleasure to work with. They take all the stress out of a home renovation because they truly manage the whole project including from start to finish. They have a whole host of sub-contractors they work with and all of that is managed by them. We did 2 projects with them including our basement, 2 bathrooms, and moving our laundry from the basement to the second floor. Everything was flawless and is absolutely beautiful work. I have recommended them to many friends and will continue to do so. I have seen too many friends and neighbors go through horrible renovations where they are chasing around contractors and this does not happen with Purple Properties. If you're looking for great work, low stress, and a great relationship, I would highly recommend Purple.

Had an issue with my shower faucet that it all of a sudden would not turn and couldn't get the water on. I called DrainCom this morning and within a few hours Val came over and fixed the issue. Things are back to normal and I can take a shower again! Very impressed with their efficiency and ability to get the job done. Will use them for any plumbing needed in the future...and of course request Val!
