Ari came out and did a great job. He repaired the job within 2 hours of me calling him! It was a simply pipe leaking but as an inexperienced homeowner you could not ask for better service. He found the issue instantly and had it fixed asap! I would highly recommend his services for all drain and plumbing issues. Thanks Ari!
I called in Nusite on behalf of my landlord to repair a house downtown. There was a large leak in the apartment I was living in. I called them from the internet and got a few quotes. Most were pretty similar but I decided on Nusite because of the salesman. Dave came out and ensured me the job would be done smooth, clean and any issues would be brought to my attention during the job. All of the above promises were kept and I am happy to say the basement is still dry. They removed my sidewalk, dug out and replaced weeping tiles. I was told I needed a sump pump and opted to take it as the reason for having one makes sense. I was worried about the noise but so far it has been ok! It has been over a year now and I would say thanks to the Nusite team. I would recommend them anytime you have a basement issue.
