My husband and I appreciated receiving a wealth of information with our free quotation in order to make an informed decision. We chose the CertainTeed Landmark shingles in beautiful Pewter (lots of shades to choose from). The manufacturer's warranty and Rainbow's workmanship warranty (both transferable) are industry-leading and this sealed the deal for us. Rainbow's pricing is fair and more reasonable than what you would expect for a roof of this quality. Clayton & Kelly, a young, very professional husband and wife team who own A Cut Above Painting, painted the entire interior of our spacious townhouse. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the process, cleanliness, speed, fair price and the strikingly beautiful results! They did a perfect job! We could never have achieved the impeccable result they did if we attempted to paint our house on our own - and it would have, aggravatingly, taken us weeks! We recently hired Bradley Stevenson of Stevenson Renovations in Ottawa to install a new tiled walk-in shower in our ensuite bathroom. From the moment we met Brad, we were impressed by his kind demeanor and his broad knowledge about the project-at-hand. Brad was responsive and helpful in answering our questions, worked diligently, and completed the work within the estimated time frame. At the end of each day, the workspace was thoroughly cleaned, so we barely noticed this renovation was underway during the evenings. Most importantly, Brad is extremely skilled. The shower is so well constructed and looks amazing. He even installed an overhead pot light (rated for showers) pursuant to our request. We are extremely happy with the quality and appearance of our new shower, thanks to Stevenson Renovations, and highly recommend Bradley for shower/tiling renovations.

Alex of Appliance Technician Ltd. is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and skilled. I cannot recommend his company highly enough. He charges very fair rates for his top-notch services. I will definitely call Alex again should I need any appliance repairs or installation of a new appliance in the future.

After both my furnace and hot water tank were red tagged by another company on Friday, December 4, 2015 evening and rendered inoperable, I called Reliance Holmes Heating (supplier of my purchased furnace and rented hot water tank) and both Rob A. and Andrew B. were at my home within an hour or so. Friendly, helpful and professional, they were able repair the furnace (which actually did not need to have been red tagged) and adjusted the red tag issue of the hot water tank such that the tank could be up and running that evening. I couldn't have been more pleased. What could have been a very cold night was averted. Both Rob and Andrew went way beyond the usual customer service by not being satisfied until they had solved the issues for my benefit and comfort. Rob and Andrew did Reliance Holmes Heating proud with their sound knowledge, solid effort and excellent attitude. Because the furnace is under warranty and the hot water tank is a rental, there was no charge. Perfect outcome! Thank you, Andrew and Rob!
