Furnace was acting bit strange. He immediately knew what to do. Was patient in explaining issue and fix. Also, he walked us through their Diamond Club program and we signed up. A win/win for all.

What better place than here to shop for the little people in your life. Finally as quant little shoppe that has something that will be unique versus the giant box stores that create clones of everyone. Friendly staff. Great parking.
I had thought you had to be an electrician to go here - not true. They are helpful and very insightful helping wade through the vast universe of lights, supplies, and options. Prices are quite good and easy to return the couple items that we ended up not needing. They seem to be the only ones to have the electrical remote switch - very handy indeed.
I've lost track how many times I've gone here. They always are straight up and helpful. Seems each time I go there, they have more services, supplies and product lines. In a sea of giants, here is the gem.
Seemless - Reordering for Phase 2
It was evident these guys know what they are doing from the moment I called. After an estimate of the work from the measurements they obtain, the product was delivered exactly as they said it would be. We will use them again in early 2016 for the next project.
Very friendly, trustworthy and knows more about trees than most anyone I know. They removed a few smaller trees and there was barely a sign they had been there. We offered to hand out flyers in our neighbourhood as we are more than pleased to share of their good work. A few others in this category seem to simply have a chainsaw and a pick up...scary. I even suggested they raise their rates as we feel we received so much value.
Clean, affordable and great service. The tech was very knowledgeable and mindful of keeping the doors closed (as much as possible) on the cooler day that we have this service done. We have and will be dealing with them again.

I was a bit sceptical to go here as I know they are commission driven. However, the young man helping us was very down to earth and helpful. Though we didn't intend to spend so much all at once, we ended up doing more shopping since one thing lead to another - as it often does when you get great service and super prices.
We don't even know how we found out that they can source and bring in lights from around the world. An excellent experience throughout. There were 2 lights that we didn't end up using and the return process was effortless. Clearly the leadership at this company is stellar. We will be back.
Daniel at the Southside helped me out in a very professional, unrushed, educated manner. He had some great ideas and clearly his 25 years in the mattress business distinguished him as the pros.
